Public Offer

This document is a public offer by Olesia Tym Consulting and sets out the terms for providing consulting and educational services.

1. General

By submitting a request through any of the contact methods listed on the site, you (the “Client”) accept the terms of this offer in full.

2. Subject

The Provider offers individual consultations, mentoring, author courses and training on the topics presented on the site. Services are delivered online or in person (Limassol, Cyprus) by prior appointment.

3. How services are delivered

The date, format and price are agreed individually before work begins. A consultation is deemed rendered once it has taken place at the agreed time.

4. Price and payment

Prices are stated on the relevant pages of the site or agreed individually. Payment is not accepted on the website — settlements are made using the details provided by the Provider after agreement.

5. Nature of the services

Consultations are informational, psychological and developmental in nature and are not, and do not replace, medical, psychiatric or legal assistance. The Client makes any decisions based on a consultation independently and at their own responsibility.

6. Refunds and rescheduling

An agreed session may be rescheduled with prior notice. Refund terms for services not rendered are agreed individually.

7. Personal data

The Client’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
